Workmates and myself are on a mission to try as many cuisines as possible. Next pick was Mexican. I remember hearing about Flying Fajita Sistas and we decided to go there. We made a last minute booking and managed to get a table luckily since the restaurant got quite packed.
We opted for the banquet menu since we couldn’t decide what to order. We picked #3 for $30 per head which included:
- dip platters
- Mixed Nachos
- Mixed Fajitas

White wine & strawberry Sangria. I love white wine more then red wine so I was glad we got this version

Or do you want 100% pain with that? The sauces are hilarious. I like the bitch sauce above I find the 100% pain too watery and strange. Those sauces were on the shelf called “wall of pain”

Dips with corn totopas. Dips include guacamole, salsa, crema, pepian, queso fundido and frijoles

Nachos! The nachos with the banquet had a mixture of chicken & pork. The corn totopas don’t get as soggy compare to other nachos.

For the fajitas – cheese, jalapenos, pineapple, guacamole, crema & frijoles

For the fajitas – chicken, chorizo & beef. Look at that gorgeous chorizo! Nomnoms

flour tortillas for the fajitas. There was a big stack of them.
The service was very attentive constantly checking if everything was okay even though the restaurant was buzzing with diners. Love the food here too

Love the Flying Fajita Sistas! I haven’t had the banquet menu but I had the most amazing pork in a fried tortilla. I agree with you about the white wine sangria, possibly the best sangria ive ever had!
